Hoarding & Organization Services
Compassionate, Professional Hoarding Cleanup Services
- Level 1-2 (Light Clutter): $850 β $1,200 - Some blocked pathways, minimal odors
- Level 3 (Moderate): $1,500 β $2,800 - Visible pests, blocked exits, noticeable odors
- Level 4 (Severe): $3,000 β $6,000 - Major blockages, mold, rodent issues
- Level 5 (Extreme): $7,000 β $15,000+ - Total inaccessibility, biohazard concerns
Includes: Sorting, organizing, deep cleaning, sanitization, donation coordination, and junk removal. Free consultation required. We work with dignity, respect, and complete confidentiality.
Additional Notes
- Larger homes or those that have not been cleaned recently may require extra time.
- Heavily soiled areas, pet hair, or excess clutter may add $75β$150 to the final cost.
- Your $50 deposit secures your appointment and will be applied to the total balance.
- The remaining balance can be paid online in advance or at the completion of services.
- Hoarding Services: Free consultation required. Payment plans available for larger projects.
- Organization Add-ons: Junk removal charged per truck load ($125 + disposal fees).

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you're not completely happy with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Absolutely! Lumina Clean LLC is fully licensed and insured for your protection. All our cleaners are background-checked, trained professionals.
How long does a typical cleaning take?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You don't need to be home! Many clients provide access and go about their day. We'll secure your home when finished and send you a completion confirmation.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Call us at (336) 341-9342 or email luminacleanllc@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your appointment for no-charge rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may result in a partial charge.
