🏠 On-Site Consultation
For larger or more complex projects, an on-site visit allows our team to fully assess the property, identify safety concerns, and prepare a detailed, accurate proposal.

Cost: Free for local projects; travel costs may apply for out-of-area visits
🌍 Out-of-State Travel
Lumina Clean LLC is available for approved hoarding cleanup projects outside of North Carolina. We have experience coordinating travel for larger projects that require our specialized team.
- Travel availability is assessed on a project-by-project basis
- Travel, lodging, and related expenses are included in the project quote
- A video consultation is typically completed before any out-of-state on-site visit is scheduled

💰 About Pricing
Lumina Clean LLC does not provide pricing over the phone without first completing an assessment. Every hoarding project is unique — providing a fair, accurate quote requires understanding:
- Property size and number of affected rooms
- Severity level of accumulation
- Presence of safety hazards
- Disposal and hauling needs
- Labor, equipment, and PPE requirements
- Travel (if applicable)
